Directory Submission Guidelines
 USAVIDEO.BIZ has established a set of guidelines to ensure that only the most quality of listings are approved. These standards either meet or exceed the requirements of our sponsors.
If you are a webmaster or business owner seeking to improve your search-engine rankings, then you should submit your listing to the USAVIDEO.BIZ directory. We have multiple Listing plans to suit your business objective.
Below are our submission guidelines. Please review carefully. All submissions must be manually approved, and are reviewed by our administrators.
Before submitting your website to USAVIDEO.BIZ, please ensure that you first review the following guidelines below to help increase the chances of your site being accepted.

Express Reviews: The submission fee is for Express Review only, it does not guarantee inclusion or that your listing will receive the site placement, title, or description that you request. The final placement and listing details of all listings will be determined by the reviewing editor. We DO NOT sell links for page rank development. Submission for an Express Review acknowledges acceptance and agreement of our submission guidelines. |
The following sites will NOT be accepted:
- Sites under construction,
- Sites with dead links and/or missing images,
- Mirror pages, doorway pages, pages created solely for SEO purposes,
- Redirects, cloaked URLs, tracking URLs,
- Sites made specifically for Adsense (MFA), Content Mills, Lead Generators,
- Sites consisting primarily of Affiliate links or banners,
- Sites that contain excessive ads, popups or popunders,
- Sites with duplicate content including ODP clones,
- Sites lacking in content (empty forums, empty directories, empty blogs etc.),
- Search results from other search engines or web directories,
- Sites consisting primarily of links to another website.
- Sites that contain or promote sexual/pornographic content or images,
- Sites that contain or promote hate, violence, and racial intolerance against any individual, group, or organization,
- Sites that contain excessive profanity,
- Sites that promote warez/hacking/cracking content,
- Sites that promote illicit drugs/drug paraphernalia,
- Multi-Level marketing (MLM) and pyramid schemes,
- Online Pharmacy sites, portals and affiliates,
- Sites without contact information. Contact form only is NOT acceptable.
- Sites already listed.
- * Blog Sites: Will be accepted only into the Blogs Categories only.
- *Non-English sites will be placed under the language of the appropriate country or province.

Approved websites that are later found violating any of our submission guidelines will be removed. If you find any offensive pages listed on Web World Directory please report the URL and listing information and we will remove the offensive listing immediately. |
Submission Form Guidelines:
- Email Address -
The email address you supply MUST be an email address that is a component of your domain name. We do not accept free web based email accounts such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, MSN, Lycos, etc.
- Title -
Supply the official company/business name ONLY. Do NOT include keywords/keyword phrases or anything else after the official business/company name. ALL submissions with keywords in the Title instead of the official business name will be rejected. Do NOT use ALL CAPITAL letters, punctuation or symbols.
- URL -
Submit your TOP Level domain only. Do NOT include a trailing slash (/) at the end of your URL. ALL submissions containing URLs with a trailing slash are automatically rejected by the editor. However, if you purchase any Featured, Sponsorship, or Partnership, you are allowed to specify backlinks/deep links. Unlike some directories, we do have a mechanism to accept deep links and back links.
- Description -
In 250 characters, please describe your services, products, or the content of your site. Use complete sentences with proper grammar, punctuation and spelling.
- Do NOT repeat the company/business name.
- Do NOT use ALLCAPS.
- Do NOT capitalize every word in a sentence.
- Do NOT supply a long list of keywords or repeat keywords in your description.
- Do NOT use excessive promotional language.
- Exclude self-promotional words and phrases like we are the best, cheapest, your only source, the leader, etc. .
- Do NOT use any HTML tags or symbols.
- Exclude ALL information about prices, shipping, delivery, or special offers.
- Exclude phone numbers, and web URLs in the description.

Keywords -
- Max 10 keywords/ keyword phrases. Separate with commas. (example - keyword, keyword2, keyword3) Use only the most relevant keywords/phrases.
- Category -Submissions to the wrong category maybe re-routed to the correct category or not accepted.
- Blog Sites: We can accept Blog sites only if placed under the proper Blog caegroy.

Simply submit your website link - add URL. We do the rest. All it takes is a moment. We accept link submissions in the categories posted, as well as reciprocal advertising. You may also suggest a category. Please submit your site information along with your URL, text link. We have multiple Listings plans ranging from FREE (a 30-day trial period), to Basic, Featured, Sponsored, and Partnered.
